Protected Disclosures Annual Report 2026 – National Asset Management Agency

Section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, as amended, requires the submission of certain information including an annual report, to the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation and the publication of a report each year. This report covers the period from 1 January 2026 until NAMA’s dissolution on 1 August 2026.

NAMA operated a Protected Disclosures Policy (“Policy”), which was reviewed and approved annually by the NAMA Board. The Protected Disclosures Policy was published on the NAMA website.
