How to make an FOI request

Your application must be in writing stating that the information is being sought under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act, 2014. You may submit your request in writing or by email to foi@nama.ie

Please provide as much information as possible in your application, as this will assist NAMA in dealing with your request.

When seeking personal information, you will be required to prove your identity and will be requested to provide a copy of your Driving Licence, Passport or other form of identification. Please include a copy of this identification with any personal information FOI requests.
