NAMA announces loan sales advisors tender
29 September 2011 – NAMA confirms that it has commenced a tender process to select a panel of loan sale advisors in both Europe (including UK) and the US to assist with the sale of acquired loans which are linked to assets in those markets.

NAMA redeems a further half a billion euro of NAMA bonds
21 September 2011 – NAMA announces it has redeemed a further €500m of NAMA Bonds (Senior Securities) bringing the total of NAMA bonds redeemed to some €1.25 billion (€500m redeemed in May and €250m redeemed in March).

NAMA Chairman and CEO in presentation to Joint Oireachtas Committee
9 September 2011 – NAMA has now approved the sale of property assets valued at some €4.6 billion, the Chairman and Chief Executive of the Agency said in their opening statements to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Finance.

NAMA updates list of properties subject to enforcement action
31 August 2011 – NAMA updates its website page detailing the properties which are subject to enforcement action by the Agency. The list includes 36 new properties to which receivers were appointed during July.

NAMA publishes Annual Report for 2010
28 July 2011 – NAMA publishes its first Annual Report which covers the period from its establishment on 21 December 2009 to 31 December 2010 and details the significant progress being made by the Agency.

NAMA to provide €3m to finance urgent remedial work in unfinished estates
16 July 2010 – NAMA has agreed to invest €3 million to fund urgent construction works in a number of unfinished estates linked to loans held by the Agency.

NAMA Chairman outlines Agency’s progress to the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly
14 June 2011 – NAMA Chairman Frank Daly, speaking at the British Irish Parliamentary Assembly meeting in Cork, confirms that the Agency has reviewed the business plans of some 40 debtors whose loans account for over €32 billion.

NAMA to repay half a billion euro of NAMA bonds
25 May 2011 – NAMA has announced that it will repay €500 million of NAMA Bonds, bringing the amount repaid since the start of the year to €750 million.
